Newsletter Marketing easy as 1-2-3.

Staying in touch with your customers has never been easier. As a matter of fact all it takes is an email address and a good auto responder. I use Aweber you can take a look for yourself here:
www.aweber.com

The average person reads their email 13 times in a week, that is almost twice a day. Imagine the possibilities if you were to send them a little information about yourself once a week? Do you think these people would trust you? Do you think they would thank you? Perhaps depending on what you send them.

Do you want to get in on this? Of course you do, who wouldn't want free advertising day in and day out on autopilot. You would be nuts if you said no! So what are the steps you ask? How do you do it? Before I go further please take the time to come up with a niche or market you want to cater to. The best part it can be ANYTHING!

- Scrapbooking
- Knitting
- Football Coaching
- Ebay Sales
- Parenting
- Blogging

The list goes on and on...I am sure you can see the potential in this. Lets move on.

Step #1 Get a reliable auto responder

You can use any auto responder you like, however I found that there are many on the market that just don't deliver as well as others. I have taken a look at several systems and found that www.aweber.com works the best. If you need reliability and function you can't go wrong. It even costs less than most...

Step #2 Get yourself a website

To start you don't need to pay for a website, but in the long run it will definately help you build some credibility. I suggest starting out with googlepages, it is free and their ajax based web design system is so easy a caveman can do it. You can find that here www.googlepages.com just sign up for an account and off you go.

HINT: You can even use your gmail account username and password!

There are many marketers that say don't ever use a free website provider, I agree to a certain extent however when you are testing out things and trying to do new projects it is safer to save money then leap before you look. Besides what better internet brand is there besides google?

Once you get in there start building your site, you won't believe how easy and painless it is. Not to mention they have a great amount of layouts to choose from and it is very customizable.

Step #3 Set up a Web Form

The next step after you are done setting up your website is to get your webform ready, I can't go too much into detail here but the tutorials at www.aweber.com are very thorough. If you use another auto responder I am sure they will provide you the information you need.

Once you are done take your webform and slap the script right on your website. Whats more is googlepages accepts java script where other free hosting sites do not. Also with www.aweber.com You can make changes to your webform from their control panel as long as you use the java script you won't have to go back to your web page and adjust the HTML.

HINT: The best part about this is you can attach your webform to 20 websites and all you have to do is change it once and have it applied to all the sites in unison. Amazing!

Step #4 Get Subscribers

Now that you have all the technical stuff out of the way you need to get subscribers.
But how are you going to do that? Well it depends on what type of newsletter you are providing and who you are targetting. There are different forms of advertising and different ways to reach people. Ive outlined some below, but you are free to experiment.

1. Article Writing - Use article writing to help promote your website, write articles about any subject you like and submit them to article directories for instant exposure! If you aren't the writing type you can hire someone to write them for you. Also you can buy some ready made articles and do it that way.

Do a search for article directories and you will find more than you can handle. Submission to these sites is free for the most part and they will be ready for other people to view in no time. If you don't want to hassle searching for these directories you can use the same article submitter I use. It has loads of directories already built in and will allow you to submit each article automatically to over 40 of them with one click. You can take a look at it here www.bargainknowledge.com/articlesubmitter

You can also find a pack of 650 private label articles here: www.bargainknowledge.com/plrarticles . Private label meaning you can do whatever you want with them. Yes you can even slap your name on it and say you wrote it. I find the best thing to do is take the article rewrite it in your own words and then submit it, but it is totally up to you.

2. Join Forums - Do a web search for forums in your favorite niche. Join those forums and become an active member. Stay involved, answer questions, ask questions, make statements and build a presence. You know what all forum members have in common? They all have signatures the only difference is yours is going to have a link to your newsletter website. Can you see the potential in this? I hope so

Every time you post anything your website will follow your name. The more you post the more people will see it. The difference in subscribers will be the quality of your posts and your reputation. Do not go into a forum thinking you are going to get flooded right away. But the more quality time you spend there, and the more active you are will definitly reflect in the number of subscribers you get from that source.

3. Yahoo Groups - This is a great source for free advertising. Although they are a bit saturated you can still send posts to thousands of people at once. All you do is log on to www.yahoogroups.com and sign up for different groups. Once you are a member you can send posts to everybody in the group! Some groups have as many as 50000 members. Can you see how this could be valuable? Its free too.

4. Solo Ads - I love this subject, mostly because it is how I advertise, but also because it is so easy. Write one solo ad, send it to a list and if it is good enough watch the subscribers roll in by the hundreds. Its fun to come back to the office on the Monday after a solo ad was sent out and see hundreds of orders sitting in my inbox.

A good way to get yourself ramped up on solo ads is by snatching a copy of Gauher Chaudhry's Ad Gladiator. The book is about 100+ pages but the info inside will turn even the slowest of pupils into solo ad gladiators. A good investment and a great resource. Ive read it about 4 times, and refer to it frequently, don't laugh though it is one of the main reasons for my success with solo ads. You can find it here www.bargainknowledge.com/

HINT: Gauher includes many ezine and directory sites in his book "Ad Gladiator"

5. Search Engine Optimization - There are many ways to put your site on top of the list organically without having to pay for clicks. SEO or Search Engine Optimization is when efficiency and popularity come together. Although I could write for days on this subject I will leave it up to you to research.

Just go to google and search for SEO, there are many free reports out there to help you learn more about optimization. The problem most people have with this form of traffic is it could take a very long time to see significant results. However if you keep at it and do your homework, the yield from this can be higher then anything you can imagine.

6. Your existing customers - The reason you are starting your list in the first place is to gain customers or prospects. Most people don't take the time to realize that they have stacks and stacks of existing customer leads that haven't been solicited to. Use your existing customers and add them to your newsletter, make sure you have their permission first though.

Step #5 - I got the subscribers now what?

Now you have to decide how often you are going to want to keep in touch with your subscribers. Depending on your niche or market that may very from every couple days to once a month. I always advise not to spam your list every day with advertisings and ramblings, that is what blogs are for.

Instead nurture your list, protect it, cater to it and set up a schedule as to when you will send solo ads to your list. I prefer to send them out twice a month, typically on the 1st and 15th, It is solely up to you though.

I would also recommend you sprinkle free gifts in your newsletter. Maybe every couple months you write some free content that you know will help your newsletter members and send it out to them. This content can come from your field of expertise or your business.

Perhaps you know a jiu jitsu technique that many people don't know about or you discovered a great way to build the bicep muscles that shaved an hour off your workout. Maybe you can teach people a knitting technique that can help strengthen their seams. I am sure you get the point, but whatever it is you can teach it and people will read it!

If you constantly remind people that you and your business is there and at the stand by to serve them and solve their problems for them they will use you. By adding quality content to your newsletter and establishing yourself as an expert in your field people will learn to trust you.

When they trust you, they will buy from you.

Protecting Your Online Identity - Username and Password, Are You Safe?

Online Usernames and Passwords – Help On Organizing and Retrieving
By:Milan Stijepovic

Managing online usernames and passwords isn’t the easiest thing to do. If you are like me you probably pay your credit cards, view forums, subscribe to blogs, edit your website as well as a ton of other things.

But how do you keep track of all the passwords? Sure you can use the same password for all of your online activities but isn’t that dangerous? How does someone really secure their online surfing when it comes to passwords and password protection online?

Did you know that most people use the same username and password for ALL of their online surfing activities? Some people add a variation here and there, but many do not. Forget the hackers! Watch out for your room mate!

How easy do you think it would be for someone in your own home to get a hold of this valuable information?

Here are some suggestions you can take to create some stronger passwords that are going to help protect you from online hackers, phishers and other people out to steal your identity.

Create a password that has both letters and numbers in it and make sure it is at least 8 characters long. This is probably one of the most basic things you can do to protect yourself. The main idea is to not create the same password for your entire set of password log-ins.

You will want to create variations, think of it this way…Your password and its variations are similar to a lock and its tumblers. Do you use the same key to get in your house as you do to get in your car? Then why are you using the same password to get into all of your sites?

One trick you can use to help defeat password prowlers is different languages integrated into your passwords. It is a proven fact that hackers use English frequency dictionaries in English-speaking countries to try and discover your identity. Try to mix it up a bit and don’t use the same password twice.

Some online websites allow you to use case sensitive characters in your password, but who on earth is going to be able to remember every single website and every single password? Sure you can keep a log on paper and some people do that, but that can be a nightmare in it self.

You can also try to jumble mix your passwords like so.

Xx%14j65gots76

That’s about as serious as it gets in personal encryption but again difficult to remember and even more difficult to input especially when you are in a hurry.

You can also try something like this…

Password#1 – blueelephant295
Password#2 – greenelephant592
Password#3 – pinkelephant952

This type of pass wording can provide some relevance and still maintain a different tempo in regards to fooling the hackers or room mates. A little easier to remember, but again probably easily beat by someone that really wants to get into your system.

At the end of the day you can experiment and try to create a system that works for you. Allowing you to stay password protected and still maintain a fair level of clarity when trying to remember your log-in passwords and usernames.

You want to make sure you are covered when it comes to these bullet points and ask your self does my username and password do the following?

- Is it easy to remember
- Does it provide a heightened level of security
- Is it obscure enough that people won’t guess it
- Will it clash with any of my other passwords

Most importantly you need to understand that the user name and passwords you use online are what protect you and your identity. With the higher risk of hackers and phishers looking to steal your identity it would be wise to invest some extra measures to safeguard this one important aspect of your online visit.

There is a lot of password management software available on the Internet that will make your life so much easier. The best one that I have discovered is Roboform, it’s been downloaded over 11 million times for good reason, plain and simple…It works. You can download it for free.

Adwords Ads Now Free?

A new breakthrough secret is all you now need in order to get your Google AdWords pay-per-clicks FREE!

A gentleman from New York discovered what he calls an “oversight” on the part of 99.9% of all marketers that allows him to get otherwise paid-for advertising at Google as well as all other search engines that allow sponsored ads.

And no, nothing about his “secret” is illegal – nor does it require that you know someone on the “inside” at Google, Yahoo, MSN, Overture and others.

Instead, the New Yorker boasts proudly “…this is something that I caught onto just before 2000 when there was so much search engine craze running around, and started doing small just to test things at first … but which I later expanded on after getting the hang of it.”

This same fellow went on to start and operate sixteen separate online companies selling everything from pet food, DVDs, children’s toys & games, books, software, and sold not only his own manufactured products but became an affiliate for other web businesses – all the while applying his mastermind secret.

Over the course of nearly eight years the New Englander confesses “I’ve actually gotten over $87 million in advertising that using my secret I never had to pay for … and the largest share of which was more recently in Google pay-per-clicks as well as other forms of pad advertising at search engines … all of which I got for free…”

So powerful is his secret that he’s able to monopolize any niche online, and can always secure the top premium spots just above the usual organic results featured at most search engines.

He still has to set up an account with the search engines – but after applying his secret he is removed from having to pay for all the costs otherwise involved.

Again, nothing about his secret is either illegal or robs from the search engines.

One spokesperson from one of the most popular search engines said chuckling after being made privy to this amazing secret “Wow! Ha! This is really unique … and in my expert opinion it would only serve to enhance and bring more business to us at [name of search engine withheld for legal & confidentiality reasons] and not cause us to lose business in the slightest. Amazing!”

The northerner revealed that in this nearly eight years’ period of time since applying his secret he’s done well over $300 million in sales revenue with a most diverse line of products, and most recently in the last two years netted nearly $166 million after really “buckling down and pressing my secret to its fullest potential.”

Now to everyone else’s fortune, the city slicker is releasing his secret for getting an unlimited amount of pay-per-click ads to the general public. But he’s not promising any of us for how long.

A bit of an eccentric, the gentleman says “We’ll see just how long I can make it available before it saturates things.”

One famous public web guru pointed out that although this man may gain economically more so as a result of the publication of his secret “he’s already so amazingly rich that whether he continues or discontinues its sale will neither make nor break the man, but not grabbing it for yourself while it’s still available could prove disastrous for you as you may only have one chance, and a very limited one at that, to get this.”

It is currently available at:

Google Adwords For Free - Click Here Now

…so you may want to head on over there now and get it.

It’s in a very easily readable format and is quickly and readily understood and mastered by anyone with even a 4th grade reading level.

While you’re there, why not scroll down and review for yourself the huge successes others are now having with this incredible breakthrough in targeted advertising now made freely available to the rest of us?

To your success,

Knowledge at a bargain?

What is the best price you can ever pay for an item? I can hear most of you now say "FREE" but that is incorrect, the best price you can pay for an item depends on the worth that item has to the buyer.

What if you were in a desert with a million dollars cash and nothing else. No water, no food, no transportation, no map, absolutely no idea how to get back to civilization and on top of all that you were dying of thirst? How much value would that million dollars have?

Let's just say a man on a camel comes by and tells you "hello my friend, I will give you water and a 25 mile trip to the closest city with an airport, put you on a plane and send you home and the total cost is $500,000.00"

What do you think your response would be? Yes that is one expensive taxi service but would it be worth it? You bet it would...So again what is the best price you can pay for an item or service?

It all depends on how much value the seller adds to it. Yep building value in your products will justify the price ten times. Why do people shop at Nordstrom? Don't they sell shirts and shoes at the salvation army for pennies on the dollar?

Quality, customer service, good return policies, high profile, popularity, expertise, market authority or brand those are all values and in turn cause people to spend so much more money then they really need to.

Do you have value in your products?

Spamming

God I hate getting spammed, people are just plain rude these days. I can't begin to tell you how many supposed "Ecards" Ive received from relatives only to find out they are spammers trying to get me to view their site. It's rediculous...Anyone else have this problem?

Updated news - My Myspace account got deleted for some reason, I don't know if my account was hacked or if my space deleted me for whatever reason. I had a lot of friends on there, sucks...Good By my friends, considering my space's highly ineffective customer support I doubt I will ever see you again.

Well there's my rant and I am stickin to it. Until next time...
