MP3 files, is downloading them legal?

Let me start by saying I am not an attorney nor am I tied into the legal field in anyway, these are solely my opinions on a long standing question. So is downloading MP3's illegal? There was a time where the only way you could get MP3's was by downloading them illegally from the internet or making them yourself from your own purchased CD's.

Well those days are long gone and now there are dozens of bona fide and legitimate companies that offer legal ways to purchase music online. Most ranging from .89 cents to over a dollar in some cases. The beauty of it is you don't have to buy an entire album any more to get that one song you "just got to have." Companies like Apple revolutionized the online music industry with many copy cats following closely behind.

The great thing is now you don't have to worry any more. The ability to buy a single song from the comfort of your own home for just a buck? I think that is more than fair...Did you hear about that 7 year old girl that got sued by the record companies? Just silly.

The MP3 industry is growing by leaps and bounds. The days of "illegal" file sharing being the only way to download MP3's are gone and a new era is upon us. Today it is much easier to just purchase a song of your choice "legally" without the worry of getting sued or infringing on any copyright laws.

Ive done some research and one of the best MP3 sites Ive found with the quickest downloads, biggest selections and lowest price is www.mp3favorites.com Explore the site and let me know what you think, click on the link now.

I hope you find this information useful thanks for visiting
